💼 About This Role

You'll drive brand partnerships for a fast-growing influencer advertising agency, building relationships with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. You'll own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing incremental revenue. This role reports to the Head of Growth and collaborates with the CEO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop partnership strategies with brand and agency clients
• Create meeting materials including decks and agendas
• Manage day-to-day follow-up across RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
• Track all activity in CRM and hit outreach/meeting targets

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in advertising/media sales
• Existing relationships among brand and agency clients
• Experience at a digital/publisher or influencer agency
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, or tech categories
• Proficiency in Google Suite and slide creation
• Knowledge of influencer landscape and emerging trends
