💼 About This Role

You'll join our Fleet Maintenance team to ensure Class 8 trucks and trailers are safe and reliable. Your work will directly impact vehicle uptime and optimize fleet performance. We cover ASE certification costs and offer a $2000 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose electrical, engine, and transmission issues using diagnostic tools
• Repair aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions) and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use for manuals
• Obtain two ASE Certifications within first 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
