You'll rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across the full demo stack during live presentations. This role combines technical precision with operational credibility to build trust among decision-makers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-impact AR demonstrations of Sand Table technology to government and military stakeholders
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across the full demo stack during live presentations
• Maintain and prepare demo equipment to deployment-ready standards
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, and business development teams
• Conduct testing of AR software releases and provide actionable feedback

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills for white-glove customer service to senior government officials
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities under pressure
• Hands-on networking experience including troubleshooting connectivity
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain

• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
• Hands-on experience with AR/VR technology
• Background in technical operations, field service engineering, IT support, or sales engineering
