💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy for a client, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Your work directly supports skill development, communication, and independence. This role offers consistent part-time hours and supervision toward BCBA certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT Certification
• CPR Certification
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous experience with children or special needs
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
