You will oversee food safety and quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance, regulatory enforcement, and documentation accuracy. You'll collaborate across departments, manage data systems, and monitor manufacturing and production processes to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Food Science with 3-5 years experience
• Knowledge of US regulatory label and nutritional declaration requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Cross-department collaboration with Food Safety, Culinary, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Monitor employee training on food safety and sanitation
• FSQS data entry, monitoring, and updates
• Review hazard analysis and preventive controls, create policy and procedures
• Oversee NFP generation for accuracy and data integrity
