Description

You'll lead a team of technicians to produce advanced defense products for military and commercial customers, managing daily operations, safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing/supervising in high-volume production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing fundamentals (rate, critical path, LEAN)
• Can interpret technical documentation (drawings, schematics, work instructions)
• Hands-on experience with process and equipment troubleshooting
• Must be a U.S. Person

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery through acceptance testing
• Set priorities and direct daily operations, clear blockers for team
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and standard work tasks
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform transactions in NetSuite/JIRA
• Lead daily communication with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality)
