You'll support daily community upkeep in an apartment community, including grounds cleanliness and basic maintenance tasks. You'll learn foundational property maintenance skills while working alongside a supportive team. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a clear path to career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Clean and pick up debris throughout the property
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Replace light bulbs and perform light repairs
• Assist with pool maintenance and resident events

📋 Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Understanding of yardwork and general facility maintenance
• One year of maintenance or HVAC experience preferred

• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience
• Experience with pressure washing
