Description

As a Store Manager, you will lead all efforts to achieve individual store goals, drive sales performance, and deliver an elevated client experience. You'll embody the Reformation brand and educate customers on sustainability while managing operations and team performance.

Requirements

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Daily open availability across a full 7 day work week
• Able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business performance
• Drive operational execution to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Lead the sales floor and deliver excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset
• Train and coach team members, providing in-the-moment feedback for continuous improvement
