💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles at a fast-growing startup. You'll partner with leadership to build scalable hiring processes and infrastructure. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing team from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source and engage top engineering talent via outbound, referrals, and events
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously
  • Build and refine interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership on hiring plans and strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • At least 2 years hiring for technical roles in SaaS or high-growth startups
  • Proven track record hiring engineers, product managers, and designers

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and talent market intelligence
