💼 About This Role
You'll lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles at a fast-growing startup. You'll partner with leadership to build scalable hiring processes and infrastructure. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing team from the ground up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source and engage top engineering talent via outbound, referrals, and events
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously
- Build and refine interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks
- Partner with engineering and product leadership on hiring plans and strategy
📋 Requirements
- 3-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years hiring for technical roles in SaaS or high-growth startups
- Proven track record hiring engineers, product managers, and designers

- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and talent market intelligence
