🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a book of customers as main point of contact in shared inbox
• Hop on customer calls per SLAs
• Lead medium to large projects for team operations
• Create onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer-facing experience supporting complex products
• Ability to become subject matter expert on product
• Strong problem-solving and scope definition skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Zapier, HubSpot, Acuity Scheduling
• Experience in startup customer success
• Project management experience
