Description

You will support financial reporting and regulatory accounting for a correspondent clearing firm and its international entities, handling the full invoice lifecycle, monthly close, and regulatory filings. This role offers accelerated exposure to broker-dealer operations and the chance to impact a small, growing team from day one.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred
• 1-3 years professional accounting experience
• Willing to obtain Series 27 within first year
• Knowledge of general ledger, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of invoice processing across entities
• Assist in net capital computation and daily Net Liquidity Value reporting
• Support monthly closing process from beginning to end
• Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense ledgers
• Assist in preparation of regulatory reports (FOCUS, SIPC, etc.)
