🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.
• Manage budget allocation, optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV to drive data-informed decisions.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels and landing pages for conversion.
• Conduct rapid experimentation on creatives, audiences, and new channels.

📋 Requirements

• 4 to 10+ years in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Experience managing monthly paid media budgets $300K to $1M+.
• Expertise with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads.
• Advanced analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, and attribution tools.
