🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring participant-centered care
• Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, provide clinical guidance
• Manage clinic staff schedules to maintain coverage
• Monitor supply levels, handle vendor management and operational needs

📋 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in California
• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and delegate tasks
• Experience in staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring
• Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with geriatric population, chronic conditions, dementia
• Spanish fluency, ideally certified in medical translation
