🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of technical operators for systems and automation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations on high-impact problems.
• Define long-term vision for operational scaling and AI transformation.
• Drive execution on workflows, AI tooling, and decision infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, or TechOps teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record building scalable internal systems and workflows.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows.
• Technical fluency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Retool, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and operational mindset with data-driven strategy.
