You'll be a key administrative member of the Specialty Claims team, focusing on medical records procurement and wellness claim adjudication. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to veterinary clinics for medical records.
• Review and upload incoming documentation to policyholder accounts.
• Adjudicate wellness claims for routine and preventative care.
• Monitor aging claim reports and support special administrative projects.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in administrative, customer service, or data entry role, preferably insurance or veterinary.
• Property/Casualty Adjuster License or willingness to obtain post-hire.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Sheets/Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas).
