You'll assist in evaluating, underwriting, and executing real estate investments for a global private markets firm. You'll perform financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support acquisition decisions. This role offers direct exposure to investment committee presentations and partner-level mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite and perform due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Build financial models and sensitivity analyses
• Draft investment memorandums and presentations
• Assist with asset management and investor reporting

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in real estate private equity, credit, or investment banking
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Financial modeling proficiency including Excel
• Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

• ARGUS experience preferred
