💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a direct extension of the General Manager, driving GTM alignment for FloQast's AI business. You'll act as a liaison between Transform and all GRO functions, ensuring synchronization in our zero-to-one journey. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, alliances, and product.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as connective tissue between Transform and GRO functions for GTM alignment.
  • Own AI/Transform positioning in BDR outreach and iterate strategy.
  • Develop frameworks for AI lead generation across sales motions.
  • Support creation of case studies, one-pagers, and demos.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in consulting, banking, or private equity/venture capital.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Exceptional project management abilities including planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Masters Degree.
  • Experience in AI or SaaS GTM roles.
  • Familiarity with BDR or sales operations.
