Description

You will directly help developers integrate Stripe's APIs, debug their code, and improve documentation. Your work ensures millions of businesses can build on Stripe's financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience
• Proven track record of building web or mobile applications delivering high-quality user experiences
• Direct experience explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to write clean code in multiple programming languages and read less-than-ideal code
• Availability during working hours in your region, occasionally including weekend coverage

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external developers to aid in building applications across multiple programming languages
• Unblock developers' integration challenges via support channels (email, ticketing, community platforms, chat)
• Develop and maintain documentation, examples, integration demos, and code-snippets
• Identify friction points and collaborate with engineering teams to improve Stripe products
• Participate in engineering planning sessions, design reviews, and development meetings
