🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA patients
• Lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
• Maintain average of 26 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team on individualized care plans

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in human services or related field
• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience with ABA treatment for children with autism
