💼 About This Role

You'll lead GMP training delivery for AAV Manufacturing operations, coaching associates through hands-on and classroom instruction. Your core impact is ensuring associates are qualified and confident in regulated processes, while also identifying gaps and recommending improvements. This role offers the opportunity to shape training programs in a cutting-edge gene therapy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver GMP training through classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching.
• Coordinate qualification and requalification activities for manufacturing associates.
• Maintain training program compliance with accurate documentation and feedback.
• Develop and update training materials in partnership with manufacturing leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Life Sciences or related field; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (biotech/pharma).
• Advanced knowledge of AAV bioprocess manufacturing and aseptic techniques.
• Experience leading training activities and serving as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Proficiency with electronic training systems like Veeva Vault.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE methodology.
• Experience implementing training improvements in GMP environments.
