You will support Self Service Plan Sponsors during their onboarding journey by providing timely, high-quality guidance, clarifying requirements, and unblocking progress. This role requires strong communication, comfort in a high-volume environment, and a commitment to responsive service.

Requirements

  • Experience in client support, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt service in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills with clear, concise guidance under time pressure
  • Proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn retirement plan fundamentals and onboarding workflows

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, accurate responses to Self Service client inquiries
  • Guide clients through onboarding by clarifying requirements and direction
  • Monitor progress across multiple onboarding efforts, identifying blockers and escalating
  • Communicate timelines, required actions, and next steps to clients
  • Support basic plan design questions and onboarding education
