Description

Lead strategic oversight of Quality Food Safety programs across Nature's Bakery's manufacturing network, driving continuous improvement and building partnerships with co-manufacturers and internal teams. You will strengthen QFS systems, support new product commercialization, and develop governance and performance reporting to protect the brand and elevate product performance.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in quality and food safety
  • Expertise in developing QFS systems and policies
  • Experience managing co-manufacturer quality programs
  • Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead best practice sharing and harmonization of QFS programs across the network
  • Develop and implement QFS policies, SOPs, and standards for growth and innovation
  • Support commercialization of new products ensuring process capability and risk mitigation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including CAPA and defect elimination
  • Establish and monitor QFS KPIs and governance processes for external manufacturing
