You'll design and develop custom Salesforce solutions for Trustpilot's Go To Market Technology team. You'll work on large strategic projects across commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. This role offers exposure to Agentforce and tight collaboration with a global Salesforce team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and align with broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy.
• Provide mentoring to junior administrators and support incident management.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components and Aura.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Agentforce.
• Other certifications like Application Architect or System Architect.
