💼 About This Role

You'll lead mixed-methods research to inform the product strategy for how we attract and activate providers on Headway. You'll uncover critical insights about diverse provider segments to drive significant growth opportunities. This role is at the heart of scaling access to affordable mental healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end research projects from scoping to actionable recommendations.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to understand provider behavior.
• Identify and size growth opportunities by analyzing provider and patient patterns.
• Act as strategic thought partner to product, design, and marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• PhD + 3 years industry research experience or Masters + 6 years or Bachelors + 8 years.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to frame business problems and impact growth metrics.
• Experience in 0-1 product development.
