Description

In this role, you will independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll work directly with patients using a harm reduction approach within a supportive team model.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence
• 2+ years independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care
• Reside in one of these states: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY
• For FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA: independent practice licensure without physician supervision
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage buprenorphine-based medications for opioid use disorder
• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a remote outpatient setting
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide nonjudgmental, harm reduction-based care
• Empower patients to set and achieve their own recovery goals
