Description

You will develop the FP&A function and partner with operational managers across construction, restaurant, real estate, and events business units to deliver accurate financial results, planning, and analysis. You'll architect annual planning, monthly forecasting, and cash flow forecasts, while collaborating with the systems team to build SQL-based BI reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive time management
• Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience with Xero, Metabase, BigQuery a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational managers to deliver financial results and analysis
• Architect annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Compile project spend forecasts for construction managers
• Prepare prime cost reports and performance targets for restaurant GMs
• Develop automated SQL-based BI reports and dashboards
