🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and account issues
- Escalate complex cases to Tier II or other departments
- Maintain records of interactions and resolutions
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience with Android, Apple, Mac, PC operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week within EST hours
