You'll be on the frontlines of Payoneer's expansion across Latin America, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects for global payment and financial services. You'll collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to build pipeline and drive growth across the region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and identify ideal customer profiles by industry and geography.
• Launch multi-channel outbound campaigns via calls, LinkedIn, email, and video.
• Conduct discovery calls to explore business models and payment challenges.
• Book qualified meetings for Business Development and Partnership Managers.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years in an SDR/BDR role in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services.
• Track record of exceeding KPIs for outbound pipeline generation.
• Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce.
• Native or fluent Portuguese or Spanish and strong English.
