💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for customers at a pop culture driven brand. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way. You'll also work the register and support loss prevention efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met
• Work the register and drive add-on sales with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate trend info to management

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Customer service and selling skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store
