Description

You will own the technical strategy, end-to-end delivery, and foundational architecture for the Insights capability, converting raw data into actionable interfaces, alerts, and decision support tools. You'll drive technical direction and mentor the engineering team while working on critical code and system design.

Requirements

• 7-15 years defining scalable user-facing intelligence systems
• Experience as Staff/Principal engineer with cross-functional strategy
• Deep AWS expertise (compute and data services)
• Ability to resolve technical ambiguity
• US Citizen; able to obtain Secret Clearance and work hybrid in Denver

Responsibilities

• End-to-end technical ownership for all Insights projects
• Translate complex business problems into technical plans across teams
• Lead system design architecture for visualization, alerting, and user access
• Mentor team via best practices, code reviews, and unblocking teammates
• Hands-on development (60%) and process improvement (40%)
