💼 About This Role

You'll monitor client network and IT infrastructure as part of AHEAD's Managed Services team. You'll triage incidents and escalate to appropriate teams, ensuring uptime for diverse enterprise environments. This hybrid role offers exposure to cutting-edge monitoring tools like Elastic and LogicMonitor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor customer network and IT infrastructure using provided tools
• Perform incident triage, response, and escalation based on severity
• Troubleshoot network, server, backup, and cloud issues
• Document incidents and service requests in ServiceNow per SLA

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience in networking (firewalls, routers, switches)
• Proficiency with ITIL-based ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Experience with at least one monitoring tool (Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds)
• Experience with server, storage, virtualization, or cloud technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, RHCSA, or Elastic/LogicMonitor associate
• Experience with Elastic observability strongly preferred
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto networking hardware
