💼 About This Role

You'll lead the entire legal function at GALVANY, a profitable Greentech startup, and develop it strategically. You'll act as the central sparring partner for the CEO and leadership team on all legal and business matters, building scalable structures and processes to support rapid growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Overall responsibility for the legal function and its strategic development
• Act as sparring partner for CEO, C-Level, and leadership team
• Build, develop and scale legal structures and processes
• Manage external law firms and build scalable legal setup including modern tools and AI
• Build and lead the legal team

📋 Requirements

• Volljurist:in or comparable legal background
• Multiple years of experience as Inhouse Counsel in a dynamic growth environment
• Experience managing complex projects independently
• First experience in building structures, processes, or teams
