Description

You will build the digital backbone that powers satellite design, manufacturing, and mission operations at K2 Space. You'll develop highly reliable software solutions, create applications that improve how spacecraft are built and operated, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical tools from concept to orbit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, mathematics, or STEM discipline
• 1-3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years of full stack development, platform engineering, or API development
• 1+ years of experience with AWS
• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD (GH Actions, Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD), Docker, and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions for factory floors and mission control
• Create and evolve applications to improve spacecraft design, build, and operations
• Partner with engineers and leaders to understand challenges and design efficient solutions
• Own full-lifecycle feature development from inception to customer adoption
• Contribute to building a culture of transparency, empathy, and engineering excellence
