  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to close
  • Run structured discovery on client hiring challenges
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive pipeline progression and remove blockers
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • B2B sales experience in tech or hiring
  • Strong deal management across multiple opportunities
  • Commercial mindset with MEDDPICC framework knowledge
  • Resilient volume calling and strong follow-through

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing or talent solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
