- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to close
- Run structured discovery on client hiring challenges
- Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Drive pipeline progression and remove blockers
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
๐ Requirements
- B2B sales experience in tech or hiring
- Strong deal management across multiple opportunities
- Commercial mindset with MEDDPICC framework knowledge
- Resilient volume calling and strong follow-through
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing or talent solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce
