💼 About This Role

You'll own Flow, our new onboarding experience for wealth advisors and clients. Your work will define product strategy and simplify complex advisor workflows, driving faster activation and long-term confidence. This role offers high impact at the intersection of product, customer experience, and operational scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Flow end-to-end.
• Design onboarding experiences that drive faster activation and stronger adoption.
• Mentor PMs and raise the bar for product thinking across the team.
• Talk to advisors and partners to uncover friction points and shape direction.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, owning products end-to-end in SaaS or fintech
• 3+ years working in wealthtech or designing financial advisory workflows
• Strong domain expertise in wealth management or financial services
• Experience simplifying complex onboarding experiences in B2B or B2B2C products

• Background in wealthtech, fintech, or financial services
• Experience building onboarding or activation products in fintech or enterprise SaaS
