💼 About This Role

You'll bridge the field sales and consulting teams to drive commercial growth for a leading environmental services firm. You'll convert existing client relationships into consulting engagements while enabling sellers with tools and frameworks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Pursue and close complex consulting engagements with field sellers.
• Design cross-sell playbooks and qualification tools for sellers.
• Coach sales professionals on consulting value propositions.
• Develop pricing governance framework for consulting margins.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in life sciences or EHS consulting.
• 5+ years in senior commercial or sales enablement role.
• Track record of enabling cross-selling consulting services.
• Experience building commercial infrastructure (playbooks, pricing).

• Background in operational excellence or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience in circularity program development.
