💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment independently. You'll empower patients to reduce harm and build stability through a harm reduction, patient-centered approach. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder
• Conduct remote patient consultations and follow-ups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on patient care plans
• Document patient progress in electronic health records

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of listed states
• 1 year independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to practice autonomously in designated states
• Private HIPAA-compliant workspace
