You'll lead the subcontracting function for a federal defense contractor, overseeing the full lifecycle of subcontract management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to closeout.
• Ensure subcontract files are audit-ready and FAR/DFARS compliant.
• Develop and monitor Small Business Subcontracting Plans.
• Mentor a small team of subcontract administrators.

📋 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• 7-10 years of federal subcontracting or procurement experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS

• Experience in mid-size or high-growth government contractor
• Professional certifications such as CPCM or CFCM
• Familiarity with Costpoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint
