You'll implement, secure, and maintain AEG's global IT infrastructure, working with Office 365, VMware, and automation tools. You'll develop architecture standards and provide 2nd/3rd level support, collaborating across teams to ensure secure design and operational efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Office 365, VMware, and infrastructure tool configurations.
• Document infrastructure designs and procedures for compliance.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and root-cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-6 years of IT security solution implementation experience.
• Experience with cloud services integration including Microsoft and SaaS.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or C#.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Defender for 365 security tools.
• Knowledge of API designs and integration.
• ITIL framework understanding.
