You'll design, build, and scale production-grade ML systems that power margin-critical decisions across forecasting, labour planning, and operational optimisation for a restaurant management platform. You'll own end-to-end ML systems, from problem framing to deployment and monitoring, turning live real-world data into measurable profit improvement. This role offers a chance to shape applied ML standards in a fast-scaling Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own ML systems end-to-end from problem framing to production deployment and monitoring
• Build production-grade ML services with robust APIs, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Improve forecast accuracy, automation rates, and margin contribution through measurable impact
• Design monitoring and drift detection strategies to ensure model stability over time

📋 Requirements

• Proven ownership of production ML systems that have been deployed and revenue-impacting
• Strong statistical foundations with MSc, PhD, or equivalent depth in applied statistics
• Clean, maintainable SQL and Python skills for shared codebases
• Production-first mindset comfortable with APIs, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and modern data tooling

• Experience in B2B SaaS or operational domains like logistics, workforce planning, supply chain
