You'll lead the technical strategy for Snowflake's user-facing apps platform, building backend services and AI tooling that power apps like Snowsight and Snowflake Intelligence. You'll drive projects from design to deployment while mentoring engineers and ensuring reliability and scalability of the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical strategy from design to deployment
• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions
• Mentor and coach engineers on technical challenges
• Define team plans and ensure platform availability

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years building large-scale user-facing systems in production
• 3+ years managing teams building mission-critical systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent

• Extensive development experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
