You'll manage the onboarding process for new clinic partners on the VITLRx platform, guiding them from signup to active usage. Your core impact is ensuring clinics reach activation milestones like their first order and repeat order. You'll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a smooth experience and continuously improve onboarding materials.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding for new clinic partners
• Conduct kickoff and onboarding calls
• Guide customers through first order and early usage
• Identify and help overcome launch barriers

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in Customer Success or Onboarding
• Experience supporting B2B customers in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplace
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
