🎯 What You'll Do

• Devise and execute development strategies for funders.
• Research, engage, and convert prospective funders.
• Coordinate with program teams to produce proposals and reports.
• Maintain pipeline data in Salesforce and ensure timely submissions.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years professional fundraising or sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with careful attention to detail
