You'll lead a local Carvana hub, managing market launch, operations, logistics, and team development. You'll drive production in a fast-paced environment and proactively solve problems. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on support, including washing cars and delivering vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview, select, onboard and train Customer Advocates
• Develop team through feedback, check-ins, and goal setting
• Monitor reports and present to upper management
• Jump in to wash cars or deliver vehicles as needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a customer-facing team environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees
• Prior experience with strategic planning and process improvement
