You'll manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with key clients like research facilities and hospitals, and collaborate with factory partners to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of technical sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of after-sales services, maintenance plans, and service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and controls.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Sell DMG equipment, lab controls projects, and service offerings directly to owners.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and understanding their service needs.
  • Develop and present tailored service solutions, including maintenance plans, equipment retrofits, and after-sales support packages.
  • Build strong relationships with key end-user owners across major verticals, including factory partners while supporting broader sales team.
  • Influence purchasing decisions for lab controls, DDC controls, and HVAC equipment/services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract signing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Address any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution.
