💼 About This Role

You'll build and run the operational foundation at a fast-moving semiconductor startup. Your work spans finance, legal, HR, and facilities, ensuring consistency and reliability as the company scales. No task is too small—you'll write the playbook for how Atomic operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own projects end-to-end across Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Operations, Facilities, and IT
• Maintain financial operations including budgeting, expense management, and reporting
• Support legal and compliance workflows like contract management and regulatory tracking
• Identify scaling bottlenecks and implement automated solutions using tools like Linear or Notion

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking, consulting, PE, startup operations, or technical program management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong foundation in GAAP, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables, power query)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a company with a physical product (hardware, manufacturing, etc.)
• Background in engineering or technical program management
• Startup or high-growth experience building from scratch
