💼 About This Role

You'll own the product strategy and execution of ARQ's internal operating system, including a company-wide KPI platform and employee directory. Your work directly impacts how the founders and every department run the business. You'll collaborate closely with founders and engineers in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the operating system.
• Ship the company-wide KPI platform used by founders, board, and departments.
• Build the employee directory with profiles, org chart, and people-to-KPI attribution.
• Partner with back-office engineering on schema and architecture decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience with 2+ years at a top technology company.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data and processes.
• Excellent written communication; confident working with founders and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools, BI platforms, or HR-tech products.
• Familiarity with metrics frameworks, dashboards, or org-data products.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
