You'll provide in-depth technical support for the Celonis Platform, working with ITSM processes and performing root cause analysis. Your work ensures customers resolve complex issues, enabling intelligent business processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide in-depth technical support for customer issues
- Drive and resolve complex tickets per ITSM processes
- Participate and drive regular Root Cause Analysis cycles
- Contribute to Continual Service Improvement initiatives
๐ Requirements
- Education in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- First experience as Technical Support Engineer
- Working ability of Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge in one or more: SSO, JKS, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Java
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with database systems and SQL
- Experience with AWS and/or MS Azure
- Customer contact experience
