💼 About This Role

You'll lead critical care transport for critically ill patients, working alongside a dedicated team of CCT-EMTs and clinical leaders to ensure safe, high-quality care. Your impact will be felt in every life-threatening situation you manage during transport.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Formulate thorough plans of care in compliance with state guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge to assure excellent quality of care.
• Collaborate with CCT Team and Operations Leaders to execute necessary adjustments.
• Communicate highly with EMTs, Dispatchers, Hospital Personnel, and Leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Valid RN License and currently licensed by California State Board of Nursing with no violations.
• AHA certifications: CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (must be obtained before start).
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU and/or ER experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2 years of critical care or pre-hospital experience (EMT, Paramedic, or Flight Nurse).
• Trauma certifications: PHTLS, ITLS, TNCC, or TPATC.
• Advanced certifications: CFRN, CEN, CCRN, or CCT-RN.
