You'll manage a portfolio of SMB partners at Fresha, the AI-powered OS for beauty and wellness. You'll drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell while increasing product adoption. This role offers commission earnings and a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own revenue outcomes and hit monthly/quarterly expansion quotas
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively engage portfolio via calls, video, and face-to-face meetings
• Analyze account data to spot growth signals and build action plans

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years in outbound business development or quota-carrying account management
• Proven ability to hit revenue targets
• Confidence in commercial conversations (pricing, negotiation, objection handling)
• Strong organization skills to manage a high-volume portfolio
